Del Frio uses its own network of riders for order fulfillment. We try our best to deliver the order in our standard time frame of 45-70 minutes. However this may vary given the proximity of your location to our servicing branch. Other factors like peak hours and unusual traffic may also impact the delivery time.
Order is confirmed on call by our call center after its received. Once the confirmation has been done, order cannot be cancelled or changed. In case of unavailability, customer will be duly notified and order will be cancelled or changed as per customer’s request. Such orders paid via online payment by credit/debit cards, refunds will be processed as per the bank’s given time frame.
